We like to keep a set of these printables on our refrigerator. You can put a little magnet tape on the back of each emotion card and word card for your child to share his feelings. Little B loves sharing this way and it helps him express himself when the words just aren’t coming out.
Today I’m feeling activities are perfect for children with Autism.
We also have a set that I made as Feelings Puppets. You can use these while you’re talking about feelings, reading books, telling a story or anything thing else. My son enjoys playing with these and making up his own stories. (see the picture above with the cute happy boy)
Working on social and emotional skills with children is very important. With these free printables, books, and activities it will make it so much easier.
