The sun is coming out more, the temperature is rising, and all that snow is being replaced with rain. Finally, spring is on it’s way! I don’t know about you, but I’m definitely ready for the change. There’s something about it that just fills me with energy and happiness. While I wait for the weather to be nice enough to spend more time outside with the kids, I’ve gathered some great themed Spring books to get them excited about the season changing as well.

There are so many awesome books on this list that teach as well as entertain. If you are looking for a book that can lead to early gardening, The Tiny Seed by Eric Carle would be my pick. It includes a piece of paper that has seeds embedded into it. You can plant the paper with your child and watch as wildflowers grow! Think of how proud and excited your little ones will be as they see the flowers sprout, knowing that they planted them.
