We recently read The Story of the Kindness Elves and were inspired to make a kindness potion of our own. This was such a lovely Spring Flowers Sensory Play & Kindness Activity we never wanted it to end. What does your child get from mixing glitter, flowers, and a little drop of joy? A whole lot of smiles.

Spring Flowers Sensory Play & Kindness Activity
When we began all of the flower science activities, I never thought we would end up with the prettiest flower sensory play. We started out a few weeks ago with this beautiful dyeing flowers experiment.
We used those dyed flowers for this flower activity. You can use any flowers that you like.
Bells enjoyed pulling off all of the flower petals and mixing them in. This was a great fine motor activity and a way to get a look at each part of the flower.
Adding glitter was definitely a must.
Make The Best Flowers Sensory Bin
Whether you use little jars or a large bin this sweet activity is perfect for children.
Add a copy of The Story of the Kindness Elves to your home library. You and your children will love it.
Can you think of other flower ideas? I’d love to hear your thoughts, feel free to leave a comment below so we can try them out.
