Month after month we have been enjoying amazing sensory dough. I’ve always preferred homemade for everything, so why should sensory play be any different?! I hope you have seen a few of these dough’s that we have shared already but if not…now is the perfect time. I hope you are ready to get your hands working, squishing, molding, pulling and modeling with these fabulous homemade kid friendly recipes.

We love sensory play!
If you follow us on a regular basis you will see many different homemade sensory dough ideas. Each month we incorporate sensory play into our learning. Do you? If you do I would love to hear about it. Leave a comment or share a picture on our Facebook page.
Do you find that your kids tire of certain sensory doughs after a while? Mine does, so I find a rotation is necessary. Right now he seems to be off our “blubber slime”, and we’ll be trying kinetic sand which we got for Christmas next. The original play doh seems to be a constant favorite though. We tried clay, and while he likes that too, it is much harder for him to work with. Thanks for all your *much needed* round up here!!
