Kids Can Make Themselves

This started out as a fun sensory experience with homemade cranberry play dough. You’ll need to check out how great it is and grab the recipe, because these lovely ornaments are what the kids can do after they play with the play dough.

After the play dough is made let your child choose any cookie cutters to cut out shapes . They can also add fresh cranberries and extra glitter if they want.

Use a tooth pick to make a small hole for the ribbon to go through.

Don’t add the ribbon yet, because these ornaments are going in the oven on 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes (depending on how hot your oven is).
You don’t want these hardening so much they crack, so take them out when they are slightly hard.
The key is you want them to stay beautiful.

The kids picked out Natural Raffia, but you could easily use ribbon, twine, or whatever else you choose.
