How to Make Apple Stamps
What you will need to make your Apple Stamping Craft is in this picture below. However, I have it displayed in list form to print out towards the bottom of the page. Have fun!
Let’s get crafting. My kids love adding crafts and art projects into our themed learning. Over the past year or so I have been trying to include them more often and give them free range to an art cart they can use anytime they desire.
With the brown paper or brown construction paper, cut 4 long strips and 4 short strips about an inch wide.
To make the basket, have your child glue the long strips along the bottom of the white paper, leaving a bit of white showing between each one. Then have them glue the short ones vertical on top of these spread out evenly. Of course, they can choose to make it their unique style if they prefer 😉
Have the apples prepared by cutting the apples in half and cut pieces of twine about an inch in length.
Paint the apple halves with one of the paint colors and stamp on the white paper to look like they are sitting in the basket.
Your child can continue to repeat painting the apples and stamping on the paper until the basket is filled up.
Place 2 or 3 mini chocolate chips on the middle of each painted apple to represent seeds. Then your child can glue on the twine to represent the stem.
