How to Make DIY Spirit Noisemakers
Let’s get started!
Spread some glue on the top 2/3 of each stick and sprinkle glitter all over. Leave the bottom 1/3 plain as you will hold it from that end.
Next, cut 6 pieces of each color ribbon and curl them with the scissors. Glue your 6 pieces of curled ribbon on the back of each stick so that 3 curl up over each side. Let these dry very well. ( A glue gun can also be used).
On the glitter side of each stick, start at the top and glue 5 bells on in a row. Leave a tiny bit of space between each bell. Let these dry again very well.
Now you have your homemade DIY noisemakers to make your New Year’s Party awesome.
