Valentine’s Day Frozen Sensory Play
Easy Frozen Sensory Dough Recipe
1 Box of Cornstarch
1 Bottle of Shaving Cream
Optional Ingredients: Food Coloring, Glitter, Essential Oils
Since Valentine’s Day is coming soon, I added in these red hearts (found at the dollar store) for sweet Valentine’s sensory play. Plus Bells loves everything that looks pretty 😉
Directions: Add 1 bottle of shaving cream to your cornstarch in a bowl. Lightly fold together. Viola!
Now for the 2 different consistencies that you see here.
*The pink frozen dough in the middle is a box of cornstarch and 1 bottle of shaving cream with a drop of pink Wilton food gel. Over mixed and frozen for 1-2 hours (this makes it harder and it takes longer to melt) I added in the red hearts as a fun addition. You can see the difference between over whipped and lightly folded by checking out our Arctic and Antarctica Frozen Foam Dough.
*The white that you see around the edges is strictly frozen shaving cream (you can see how much faster it melted). Bells still loved it though.
Any way you decide to mix cornstarch and shaving cream it makes for a whole lot of sensory play fun.
