Writing and Building letters can be so much fun. Use gumdrops, peppermints, mini erasers or buttons to make these activities exciting and a multi-sensory lesson. Children love working with their hands, and I know my children like it, even more, when you include cute little items.
You can also use a salt tray (add ginger for a fun scented tray) and play language and alphabet games with these gingerbread man theme alphabet cards. The cards come in capital and lowercase letters.
Gingerbread Theme Math
We started with these Fun Candy Estimation Jars. Place small little pieces of paper near your jars so your child can guess how many. You can also use the items in the jars for math activities for your theme.
