About Spanish for You!
This Spanish curriculum is available for homeschoolers, teachers and homeschool co-ops to use. The beauty of this homeschool Spanish curriculum is that you can use this every year without having the requirement of teaching your elementary or middle school students the language beforehand. Each lesson plan is set to work for one school year season. And No Spanish experience is needed by the parents or children.
Created by Debbie Annett who taught Spanish for 17 years and noticed a flaw in the system, that most Spanish curriculums didn’t fit the mold to flow into high school Spanish education very well. Once you choose your theme, choose the grade level you would like, grades 3-4, 5-6, or 7-8. The theme package grade levels do not refer to Spanish learning experience, but rather the age/grade of the child(ren) so that HOW they learn the material is appropriate for them.
The more themes they complete, the more skill they build and progress. There are games and activities they can do together. Children will learn how the language works. They learn how to use the various components of language – vocabulary, verbs, and grammar concepts – together in different ways to understand, speak, read, and write. You just follow the step-by-step daily lessons at your own pace. It’s awesome for kids and adults.
