Winter Animals for Preschool Activities
Winter themes can be so much fun. Whether you are walking like a penguin, building beaver dens, or learning about migration, there are a lot of great things to explore. I wanted to include Winter Animals for Preschool and Kindergarten in our agenda. These activities are full of information about what animals do in the winter to survive.

I’ve been waiting a year to enjoy these activities with Bells. I wanted her to be able to understand what Hibernation and Migration meant and differentiate between the two. I’m so glad we waited because Preschool and Kindergarten age children are the perfect age to start lessons like these.
Teaching pages are quickly becoming a favorite of mine, and I hope you love them too. I find them so great because you don’t necessarily need a book or any notes to share the information with the children. Now, I know some of you might be able to do everything from your brain, but when I’m working with kids of all ages and moving from Geometry to reading comprehension to a preschool theme, it makes it a lot easier if I have the info to share right there.

This Hibernate or Migrate printable is a great cut and glue page for kids. Working their fine motor skills and comprehension skills from what they are learning. They can also color the pictures of the animals too. 🙂
If you are looking for great Animals in Winter Books I know you’ll love some of these.
We’ve enjoyed learning all about winter animals for preschool this year, and I hope your kids enjoy it too.
