Ingredients

  • Large piece of kraft paper (measure your table before purchasing to make sure you have the ideal shape and size

  • Paints, calming blues, gold, purple,white

  • Paint brushes, foam brushes

  • Paint holding cups

  • White glue

  • Cotton balls
  • snowflakes to trace and decorate (optional)
Instructions

  1. Tape the paper to the corners of the table and set this up before they get home from school so they will have a fun activity to unwind with.

  2. Let them choose their work area and how they use the materials available to them.

  3. We talked about how most snowflakes have six points but are all different and encouraged them to make their own snowflake shapes.
