Fun and Easy Rudolph Popsicle Stick Craft Ornament for Kids

Ingredients
  • Popsicle Sticks
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Googly Eyes
  • Black and Red Button
  • Mini Bells
  • Brown Paint
  • White Paint Pen
  • Brown Chenille Pipe Cleaners
  • Red and Green Glitter Tape
  • Red Cardstock
  • Paintbrush
  • Twine or Ribbon
Instructions
  1. Arrange seven small popsicle sticks together.
  2. Cut down a large popsicle stick into two pieces and glue across the top and bottom of the small popsicle sticks. Allow the glue to dry completely.
  3. Turn the popsicle sticks over. Paint the front brown, allow to dry and then paint the back brown as well. Paint Rudolph a darker brown and Clarice a lighter brown.
  4. Cut a brown chenille pipe cleaner in half. Bend one half into the shape of a v. Glue the other two pieces to each side of the pipe cleaner that was bent in half. Refer to the photos.
  5. Glue the antlers to the back of the popsicle sticks.
  6. Glue a red button to Rudolph and a black button to Clarice.
  7. Glue on googly eyes.
  8. Glue glitter tape across the bottom of the popsicle sticks slightly wrapping around the back.
  9. Place a bell on a small piece of twine or ribbon and glue to the bottom of the popsicle sticks.
  10. Glue a piece of glitter tape across the back.
  11. Cut a rectangle from red cardstock and cover it with red glitter tape. Cut out the shape of a bow. Glue the bow to Clarice.
  12. Use a white paint pen to add polka dots to Clarice’s bow.
  13. Glue twine or ribbon onto the back of the popsicle sticks for hanging on a tree.
  14. These are so cute and make awesome Christmas presents!
