Santa Toddler Treasure Basket – Christmas Sensory Bin

Share Button
Treasure baskets otherwise known as Sensory bins are the best! Have you given them a try with your little one? Baby Bell and I have been enjoying sensory play for a while now. You can check out some other sensory bins here and here. I love watching her explore everything in this Santa Sensory basket. She touches, shakes, examines, and sometimes tastes everything she finds. Toddlers are so curious about everything, why not give them a safe treasure basket to explore?

Santa Treasure Basket for Toddlers

Santa’s treasure basket is full of large white cotton balls (reminding us of snow), Felt Snowflakes, Tree’s, and Reindeer. I also wrapped a few popsicle sticks with pipe cleaners. I wrapped the sticks making them easier for little fingers to hold. Then I topped the basket off with several large jingle bells for shaking.

Bells loved her treasure basket so much; she wanted to get in the basket. If you have a toddler, I suggest putting a holiday treasure basket or sensory bin together for them. Then sit back and observe. It’s so much fun seeing and hearing all of the smiles and giggles. Plus it’s a great sensory experience for them.
