One of the things that Maria Montessori talked about is having a prepared environment inside and outside. Whether that means a small fenced in yard or amazing kids outdoor play spaces. That is totally up to you. It is wonderful watching the children as they head outside. Seeing all of the children and observing them in nature is definitely a favorite of mine.
