You can do jumping jacks at the beginning of circle time to get the sillies out. All of these activities together will most likely take you less than 30 minutes a day and before you know it you’ll feel and look great.

The other day a post came up on Facebook about my high school reunion and I can tell you the first thing I thought of was, I’m not ready for that. I need a 30-day workout plan, reduced-calorie, and healthy meals to get this butt looking the way I want it too. Not that anyone is looking at my butt, but I’ll feel a lot better 🙂 And feeling good about yourself is really what’s important.

I feel like after I turned 30 it got much more difficult to loss weight. I try to eat right and exercise but sometimes life gets in the way.
