Make Elf Pancakes with the kids for a Christmas Breakfast or fun Holiday Breakfast idea

Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk regular or buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Around 2 tbsp sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Combine all dry ingredients into a large bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Add milk and vanilla into a small bowl and stir. Add to the dry ingredients
  3. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract and whisk all ingredients together until well combined
  4. and smooth.
  5. Add in your favorite sprinkles and mix until distributed.
  6. Warm a griddle and spray with nonstick spray.
  7. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the griddle. After about 1 minute, there should be bubbles on the
  8. surface of the pancake. Flip and let cook for an additional minute on the other side until golden brown.
  9. Continue with all of the batter.
  10. Top with syrup, whipped cream, and sprinkles.
  11. Enjoy!
