My family has always had a soft spot for brownies. Theyโre chocolatey, ooey, gooeyโฆ and not to mention: so irresistible. Since weโre approaching spring, I decided to bake a batch of my Spring Carrot Garden Brownies. They are a perfect Easter treat, serve them at a spring tea party, or add these to a fun garden theme. Everyone will love these delicious brownies. Enjoy!

How to Make Garden Brownies
What you will need to make your Garden Brownies Recipe is in this picture below. However, I have it displayed in list form towards the bottom of the page. Enjoy!
Start by lining a square pan (9×9) with parchment paper with an overhang (for easy removal of the brownies once they are baked) and set this aside. Set oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and chocolate chips. Once it’s melted, add your cocoa powder and salt. Stir it up until it’s all combined.
Add both sugars into your chocolate mixture and stir until completely melted. Add this mixture into a large bowl that contains your flour. Mix and add your eggs, one at a time.

Once your brownies are cooled, frost the top of the brownies with your chocolate buttercream.

Prepare your white icing for making a carrot top.
Mix yellow and red food coloring for a deep orange color in about 1 ยฝ cups of your vanilla buttercream. Using a piping bag, pipe onto the center of each brownie square so that it looks like the top of a carrot.

Pinch salt
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
2 cups ready-made chocolate buttercream
2 cups Oreos, crushed
2 cups ready-made vanilla buttercream
Yellow and red food coloring
Green food coloring
Directions:
