Sensory bags are so easy to make. Start by squeezing all the hair gel in the baggie and add about ten drops of food coloring.
Zip the baggie closed and squish the gel around to mix in the food coloring. Open the bag back up and place all the Halloween toys inside and zip the bag closed.
