The founders of Sonlight started homeschooling due to financial reasons and quickly realized they loved it. Sarita’s passion for great books led this company to be what it is today. A definite trendsetter in homeschool education. They believe that children respond more positively to literature versus the average textbook learning style. I have to say I totally agree.

Quality books can instill a long-term wisdom that can span well into adulthood for your children. Plus, I feel strongly about having a positive reading experience and sharing books with children. We love books!

As a homeschool parent, you have the freedom, to teach your children in a way that encourages an interest in learning and teaches them the true values that matter to you. Sonlight has been an easy to use curriculum for me; I love the ability to purchase the level that works for our family. Right now my 13-year-old is working through Level 100 and loving it.
