You can help children learn food groups by sorting your wooden or felt play foods. I like doing it this way, so they have more of a hands-on feel, however using the food group pictures works perfectly fine too. We are big fans of alphabet clip cards here, so I made sure to include healthy eating alphabet cards. Your child is sure to love clipping these fruits and Vegetables. Yum!
