Preschool Sorting Activities
You can help children learn food groups by sorting your wooden or felt play foods. I like doing it this way, so they have more of a hands-on feel; however, using the food group pictures works perfectly fine too. This Melissa and Doug food group set features items from the five food groups and works perfectly for activities like this.
We are big fans of alphabet clip cards here, so I made sure to include healthy eating alphabet cards. Your child is sure to love clipping these fruits and Vegetables. Yum!
