How to Make Paper Plate Christmas Tree Craft
What you will need to make your Paper Plate Christmas Tree Crafts is in this picture below. However, I have it displayed in list form towards the bottom of the page.
Cut the plate in half and fold each half into a cone shape. Staple the edges that you brought together to secure your cones.
I would go ahead and have this step done before you invite your children in to do the craft. This way they can easily get started with the painting.
Have your child Paint each tree green and sprinkle glitter all over them.
Then, set them up to dry. Having a couple of different shades of green paint for the children to use makes them look great when you are displaying them on your mantle through the holidays.
When the trees are completely dry, you are ready for the next step.
Have your child make dots of glue all over the trees, and they can add their colored pom poms all over the trees to resemble Christmas ornaments or lights.
