Easy Chocolate Chip Elf Cookies Recipe for Christmas

Servings: 12 cookies
Ingredients
  • 1 package premade chocolate chip cookie mix and ingredients for preparation
  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup chopped pecans
Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven as suggested on the back of the cookie mix, and prepare a small baking sheet with nonstick spray

  2. Prepare the cookies following the instructions on the back of the package.
  3. Add in the extra white chocolate chips and pecans and mix until well combined.

  4. Spoon out about 2 tbsp worth of dough for jumbo cookies or 1 tbsp for mini cookies and place at least 1 inch apart on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 9-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Allow to sit for at least 5 minutes then serve
  6. Note, if you want your cookies more crunchy, add a few more minutes to the bake time
