Hot Chocolate Slime Recipe
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Elmer's school glue
  • 1 Tsp. Baking soda
  • 1-2 Tbsp. Saline contact solution
  • 1 Tbsp. Cocoa powder or a scoop of Hot Chocolate
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
  • optional - Shaving cream
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl stir your Elmer's school glue and baking soda - mix well.
  2. Stir in cocoa powder and vanilla extract

  3. optional: To make your slime fuffy you can mix in shaving cream, you will need a bit more saline solution to get the right texture.

  4. Begin adding saline contact solution 1 Tsp. at a time as you stir, stop as soon as your slime pulls away from the sides of the bowl and is no longer sticky.
  5. Knead gently with your hands to finish mixing it up and to give it a nice smooth finish.
  6. Store your slime in an airtight container

  7. Add mini marshmallows, spoons, mugs, and other small items for extended play with your slime and it will keep kids busy while you cook dinner or when the weather is too harsh for play outdoors.
