Use scissors to cut out each penguin piece. It’s okay if your pieces aren’t cut perfectly, your puppet will still look great!

Glue the white fluffy part of the penguin’s body onto the main black body section.

Next, glue the eyes and beak onto the area where the penguin’s face should be

Glue the feet onto the back of the penguin, at the bottom so that the orange part shows from the front

Finally, use some regular craft glue to adhere the back of your penguin to a popsicle stick.
