These easy reindeer cupcakes are one of the great Elf ideas that you need to do this holiday season. After all, doesn’t every elf need their own reindeer as well?!
Elf on the Shelf in the Kitchen
What this easy baking recipe shows us in our house is that everyone can join in on the fun. Adding in the ingredients for a simple cupcake recipe can be simple enough for all ages to do.
Parents just have to stand by to supervise and watch as their children take charge and create a truly yummy dessert.
Measuring out and pouring in the ingredients are fun ways that children can be involved and learn all about the importance of measuring and following directions.
And it’s fun to have your Elf on the Shelf sitting by and watching as well!
Don’t forget to let everyone have a turn in mixing up the batter. This is one of the most important steps to make certain it’s all mixed well, so let everyone have a hand in helping.
It’s also really fun to see how the batter looks before cooking and how it looks after just baking for a couple of minutes in the oven. It’s like “magic” if you ask me!
