Delicious Real Fruit Popsicles
Start with your favorite fresh fruits 🙂 We used Peaches, Strawberries, and Kiwi this time, but I have made it with mango and raspberries too. Can I just say they are AMAZING!
So to start, you want to cut the kiwi and strawberries into slices, and cut the peaches into bite-sized pieces. Are you the type that snacks on your fruit while you prep, I know I do. You want to make sure to save a bunch for your popsicles.
Layer the fruit into the popsicle molds until each one is full, stop about ½ inch from the top.
Pour the flavored water (coconut water or juice) into each mold filling within ½ inch from the top. You want to leave a little space for the sticks.
Place the stick down into each mold and put into the freezer until frozen, about 4-5 hours or overnight. When you pull these out to eat, you’ll be amazed at how pretty they look.
