Put a small handful of water beadsĀ into a bowl

Fill the bowl with water and let it sit for 6 hours

Drain any excess water out of bowl

Put the water beads into an empty water bottle. You can do this by using a funnel or by hand.

Pull the top of the balloon over the opening of the water bottle and squeeze the beads into the balloon.

Pull the balloon carefully off of the water bottle

Let out the excess air and tie the balloon.
