How to Make a Stress Ball with Putty
The first step is to make putty or purchase putty to use for stress relief.
Step 2 is to take a balloon and pull the opening apart and gather as much of the balloon with your hands as you can.
Take a piece of the silly putty you already made and start stuffing it into the balloon until it is full.
I managed to fill the balloons with the homemade putty on my own, but you can have someone hold the balloon open while you stuff the putty in. Or vice versa, whatever works best for you. Smaller size balloons (5in. – 9in. will work best for these stress balls).
Tie the balloons closed, and your new stress balls are ready to use.
