How to Make Chocolate Covered Pretzels for 4th of July

How to Make Chocolate Covered Pretzels – Patriotic Red, White & Blue Pretzels
There’s no better way to celebrate America’s Independence Day than with a snack that’s as visually festive as it is scrumptiously satisfying. These Patriotic Red, White, and blue Pretzels are the perfect combination of sweet and salty, making them an irresistible addition to your 4th of July festivities. Coated in rich, velvety chocolate and adorned with a sprinkle of star-spangled treats, these pretzels will capture the spirit of the holiday and become a beloved treat for guests of all ages at your patriotic gathering.

4th of July Red, White & Blue Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Melt the white and red chocolate in separate bowls in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds, stirring in between each time, until melted. Dip the pretzel rods about halfway into the melted chocolate. Dip some in white and dip some into the red. Let them harden.
Melt the blue chocolate like the other colors and dip each pretzel into it about halfway down the red and white chocolate. Immediately sprinkle white stars onto the blue chocolate while it is still wet. Let them harden.
Heat the drizzle pouch per package directions and put white strips on the red part of the pretzels. Next, put some of the red melted chocolate into a baggie, snip off a corner, and pipe red stripes onto the white part of the pretzels.
Serve these delicious chocolate covered pretzels at a party, and Enjoy!

Patriotic Chocolate Covered Pretzels
Ingredients
1 pkg. Pretzel Rods
1 Wilton Candy Melts Drizzle pouch, White
Wilton Chocolate Candy Discs, White, Blue and Red
White Star Sprinkles
Directions
1. Melt the white and red chocolate in separate bowls in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds at a time, stirring in between times, until melted.
2. Dip the pretzel rods about halfway into the melted chocolate. Dip some in white and some in red. Let them harden.
3. Melt the blue chocolate the same way as the other colors and dip each pretzel into it about halfway down the red and white chocolate. Immediately sprinkle white stars onto the blue chocolate while it is still wet. Let harden.
